Teresa Grove

Teresa Grove, Financial Manager, located in the Concord Office joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology in October of 2000. She oversees accounts payable, provider credentialing and human resources. Ms. Grove has twenty-three years experience in medical office and billing management. Prior to joining Adult & Pediatric Dermatology she worked as an office/billing manager for pediatrics, internal medicine and family practice. Her interests are customer service and patient satisfaction.

Teresa lives with her husband and their daughter.

Christine Roche

Christine Roche joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c. in August of 1999. She is the Office Manager for our three locations. She oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the practice. Christine has worked on projects such as the construction of the APDerm Center for Cosmetic Services and the expansion of the Concord office. Prior to Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c., Christine worked for an Internal Medicine Practice in Framingham and Marlborough for 3 years.

Christine is a member of Association of Dermatology Administrators/Managers and attends seminars on a regular basis. Her interests are customer service and patient satisfaction.

Christine lives with her husband.

Jennifer Harless

Jennifer Harless is the Dermatology Coding Specialist and Billing Manager for APDerm. She has been with Adult and Pediatric Dermatology since August 2004. Prior to that she worked for Donna Yonkosky M.D.. Jennifer helped facilitate the transition of the staff and the patients when Dr. Yonkosky retired.

Jennifer has 3 years of medical practice management experience. She has worked for Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and for Partners Community Healthcare. Jennifer has 18 years experience working in physician practices, covering everything from front desk, billing and daily operations.

Kathleen Kenzerski, R.N., Clinical Coordinator

Kathleen Kenzerski, R.N., Clinical Coordinator, joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology in June 2006. She oversees the clinical staff for our 3 locations and works on such projects as clinical policies and procedures, monitoring of safety and quality assurance. She attends various seminars to keep current with health related issues. She also is part of the Moh’s surgical team. Kathleen previously worked in diverse capacities for Dr Melvyn Kramer and Concord Hillside Medical Associates for 23 years in Sudbury and Concord.

Aimee Murray

Aimee Murray joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c. in April of 2006. She is the Cosmetic Coordinator for all 3 locations.  Aimee has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.  Her experience includes 17 years in sales and marketing, 6 of those in the cosmetic beauty and medical spa industry.

Aimee has attended numerous seminars and product training courses for various aesthetic skin care lines, luxury hair care and upscale cosmetic make-up brands.  She has recently worked on projects such as "Days of Beauty", email marketing and product ordering through our website.
