Glenn W. Smith, MHA
Administrator & Chief Operating Officer
Glenn Smith joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c. in February, 2008 as the Administrator of the Practice and is the Chief Operating Officer of the corporation. Glenn has worked in the healthcare field for over thirty five years, serving six years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, then worked as a radiology manager in a large teaching hospital while going to graduate school for his Master's in Hospital Administration at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Most recently, Glenn served as the Vice President for Clinical and Administrative Services at Emerson Hospital for eighteen years before joining APDerm®. Glenn's experience in clinical operations, financial accounting and strategic initiatives has been critical to the continued growth of our Practice.
Christine Roche
Christine Roche joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c. in August of 1999. She is the Human Resources Manager & Compliance Officer for the practice. She is responsible for all human resource functions for the practice. Her areas of responsibility include benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations and career services, payroll, records, recruitment and staffing, and leadership development.
As the Compliance Officer, Christine reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. She ensures that employees are in compliance with the rules and regulation of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.

Deana Quinn
Deana Quinn, Clinical Operations Manager, joined APDerm® in February 2011. As Clinical Manager of APDerm®, Deana is responsible for reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures. She is also responsible for hiring, training, supervising and evaluating the Clinical Staff. Before joining APDerm® Deana was a Clinical Supervisor for a Pediatric Practice at Harvard Vanguard Medical associates for the past 6 years. Deana has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since August 2001. She is a Member of the Dermatological Nursing Association. Patient care and customer service are her number one priorities.
Deana's favorite pastime is spending time with her husband, children and family on Cape Cod! ____________________________________________________________________________________
Heidi Kidd
Heidi Kidd, Clerical and Cosmetic Services Manager, joined APDerm® in April 2012. Prior to joining APDerm®, Heidi was the Office Manager for New England Cosmetic Surgery, PC. Heidi has 25 years of healthcare management experience, including: medical billing, bookkeeping, medical office management, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) accreditation.
For the past 14 years, she has been professionally engaged in dermatology cosmetics, specifically skin rejuvenation, a rapidly growing component of the overall cosmetics marketplace. Heidi is a member of the Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM). A native New Englander, Heidi enjoys cooking, crafting, reading and traveling, and when not pursuing these hobbies is often on the sidelines routing for her children’s hockey, lacrosse and baseball teams. ____________________________________________________________________________________
Jennifer Harless
Jennifer Harless is the Dermatology Coding Specialist and Billing Manager for APDerm®. She has been with Adult and Pediatric Dermatology since August 2004. Prior to that she worked for Donna Yonkosky M.D. , Jennifer helped facilitate the transition of the staff and the patients when Dr. Yonkosky retired.
Jennifer has 3 years of medical practice management experience. She has worked for Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and for Partners Community Healthcare. Jennifer has 18 years experience working in physician practices, covering everything from front desk, billing and daily operations.
Teresa Grove
Teresa Grove, Financial Manager, located in the Concord Office joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology in October of 2000. She oversees accounts payable and provider credentialing. Ms. Grove has twenty-three years experience in medical office and billing management.
Prior to joining Adult & Pediatric Dermatology she worked as an office/billing manager for pediatrics, internal medicine and family practice. Her interests are customer service and patient satisfaction.
Teresa lives with her husband and their daughter.
Aimee Murray
Aimee Murray joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, p.c. in April of 2006. She is the Cosmetic Coordinator for all 3 locations. Aimee has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Her experience includes 17 years in sales and marketing, 6 of those in the cosmetic beauty and medical spa industry.
Aimee has attended numerous seminars and product training courses for various aesthetic skin care lines, luxury hair care and upscale cosmetic make-up brands. She has recently worked on projects such as "Days of Beauty", email marketing and product ordering through our website.
