From Boston/Route 128/East

Route 2 West. You will pass Emerson Hospital on your left. At next traffic light take a left onto route 62. At traffic light (Mobil gas station on right) take a right (Baker Avenue). Go over the railroad tracks. Take a left across from the Concord Animal Hospital onto Baker Avenue Extension. We are on the right hand side. Please enter on the lower level. We are in the same building as Concord Hillside. The building numbers do not go in order on Baker Avenue, so please take notice.

From Maynard/Stow

Route 62 East into West Concord. (We are close to the train station. ) 99 Restaurant will be on your left & you will be at a set of traffic lights. Go straight through those lights and you will pass the Fire station and a Dunkin' Donuts on your right. At set of lights take a left onto Baker Avenue. If you get to Route 2, you have gone too far; turn around. Take a left across from the Concord Animal Hospital onto Baker Avenue Extension. We are on the right hand side. Please enter on the lower level. We are in the same building as Concord Hillside. The building numbers do not go in order on Baker Avenue, so please take notice.

From Acton/Carlisle/Westford

Route 2A or Route 2 to the Concord Rotary. Go through the rotary and get onto Route 2 East (MCI prison will be on your right). You will go through the first set of lights (State Police will be on your left). At next set of lights (across from Paparazzi's) take a right onto Baker Avenue Extension. We are on the left hand side. Please enter on the lower level. We are in the same building as Concord Hillside. The building numbers do not go in order on Baker Avenue, so please take notice.

From Concord/Acton

Route 2A West. Pass Donelan's supermarket and Gould's shopping Plaza on left. At set of traffic lights take a right onto Route 27 North. Continue 2.5 miles to traffic lights and take a left onto 225 West. Continue 1.5 miles and bear right at the fork onto Carlisle Road. Continue 1 mile to traffic lights and take a right onto Route 110 East. Burger King and the Market Basket supermarket will be on your right. Continue through one set of traffic lights. Chili's restaurant will be on your left and then the Emerson Health Care Center. Adult & Pediatric Dermatology is in the Emerson Health Care Center, Suite 205-206.

495 North

If you are going North on 495 Take Exit 32. At end of exit ramp take a right and immediately get in the left hand lane. Take a left at the traffic lights onto Route 110 East. Burger King and the Market Basket supermarket will be on your right. Continue through one set of traffic lights. Chili's restaurant will be on your left and then the Emerson Health Care Center. We are in the Emerson Health Care Center, Suite 205-206.

495 South

Take Exit 32. At end of exit ramp take a left and get in the left lane. Take a left at the traffic lights onto Route 110 East. Burger King and the Market Basket supermarket will be on your right. From Rt. 290E

Head North on I-290E
Take Exit 26A to merge onto 495 South
Take Exit 24A to merge onto Lakeside Ave/US-20E toward Marlboro
After you pass through the lights, turn right onto Beach Street after gas station
Go through the stop sign and at the end of the road, take a right on to South Street
At set of lights, take a left onto Maple Street and the office is immediately on the right
