Krystyna Prokopiuk is the Director of New Practice Development for Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, PC. She is a former practice administrator with Brigham & Women’s Hospital Department of Dermatology, and has 30+ combined years of experience in the healthcare field. Krystyna joined United States Army Reserves in 1987, where she earned a rank of Sergeant E5. It was there that she developed her passion for nursing and clinical operations. Krystyna studied nursing at the University of Massachusetts. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for various healthcare organizations developing her nursing, management and leadership skills. She is skilled in physician relations, team building, and leadership development. Krystyna has a strong passion for clinical improvement process, recently earning Clinical Process Improvement Leadership Program (CPIP) certificate from Partners Healthcare. Krystyna’s ultimate goal is to continue making a difference as a leader, using her drive and untiring commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. Krystyna is a member of the Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM).
