About Eric Smith
Eric joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, PC in September 2022 as the Director of Information Technology. His healthcare career has spanned over 20 years in clinical, operational and technology leadership roles.
Prior to joining the APDerm® team, Eric was a senior applications director in Information Services at Steward Health Care. He oversaw radiology, cardiology and neurology technology and applications across the enterprise, growing from a 6 hospital health system to 44 hospitals and numerous practices throughout the United States during his tenure.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut and his Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northeastern University. His interests include coaching his daughter’s soccer team, hiking and enjoying the outdoors with his family and corgi.
