About Yostina Farid
Dr. Yostina Farid is a Board Certified Dermatologist with a wide range of interests that include medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as tropical dermatology. Dr. Farid was born in Cairo, Egypt, grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and now resides in Massachusetts with her beloved husband. She graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in 2020. She completed her Internal Medicine Transitional Year at Akron City Hospital / Summa Health in 2021 where she acquired a robust foundation in clinical practice. She then completed her Dermatology residency at Rhode Island Hospital / Brown University, where she graduated in 2024. Dr. Farid’s commitment to providing comprehensive care is further enhanced by her multilingual abilities, fluently conversing in English, proficient in Arabic (Egyptian dialect), and possessing conversational skills in Spanish. Her unique blend of cultural insight and medical proficiency ensures a holistic approach to patient care. Outside of work, she has several hobbies which include traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends, serving locally and globally, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, teaching and mentoring others, and playing racket sports including pickleball, tennis, and ping-pong.
