About Sara Phillips
Dr. Sara Phillips grew up locally, graduating from Nobles and Greenough in 2006. She then attended Stanford University where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts and Science in mathematics and interdisciplinary studies in the humanities. She spent time in Chicago earning a medical degree from Rush Medical College, followed by a medical internship at Northshore University Health System. She returned to Boston to complete her dermatology residency at Boston Medical Center, where she served as the chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Phillips is passionate about skin cancer prevention, patient centered practices, and helping patients feel and look their best. She is eager to listen to patients and engage in shared decision making. She treats all kinds of skin conditions including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer, warts, wrinkles, and age spots. She performs surgical excisions to remove skin cancer, cysts, lipomas, and other growths.
She recognizes that healthy skin is important both for wellness and for aesthetics. She treats patients of all ages including children and the elderly.
She offers various cosmetic treatments to help with red spots, brown spots, wrinkles, and general skin rejuvenation including Fraxel laser, PDL laser, Botox, micro-needling, and chemical peels.
In her free time, Dr. Phillips loves to run, swim, hike, play tennis, bake and have fun with her husband and kids.
