Under the direction of David Li, MD, MBA – Medical Director of Clinical Trials, our team evaluates emerging treatments that may offer new options when standard therapies have not been effective.

Clinical Trials
Clinical trials at APDerm give patients access to innovative treatments, including investigational medications and technologies that may not be available elsewhere. We focus on real-world use of approved therapies and the evaluation of new options for patients—especially those whose conditions have not improved with conventional treatments.
Areas of Study
We are expanding our clinical research portfolio and will soon be recruiting patients for trials focused on:
- Treatment-resistant atopic dermatitis
- Hidradenitis suppurativa
- Alopecia areata
- Chronic pruritus
- Vitiligo
- Acne
- Prurigo nodularis
- Psoriasis
- Additional dermatologic conditions as new trials begin
