I found this APDerm office to be well organized and very professional.This is a modern office with a very efficient patient management system.The front office staff and medical technicians were friendly and courteous.Dr. Gagnon is excellent!He was very thorough and understanding during my dermatology examination.All of my concerns were addressed. He was very caring and thoughtful during my visit.

Great first visit. Dr Gagnon very friendly and professional. He explained what he was about to do before he did. Got one area biopsied on my hand and then numerous areas attended with a procedure to burn them, I think that's what you call it. His nurse was excellent also. Actually everyone I saw or talked to was super to me. Doctor checked me all over, body check. I'm very happy.

Skin check Appointment was on time. Dr Gagnon is very polite and personable. He told me exactly what he saw and explained various skin spots. Gave me advice on sun screen and skin care products, and he answered all my questions. I really felt comfortable and confident with him and the entire team. I was very impressed with this office and staff

Saw Dr Gagnon almost immediately. It was a quick visit to check some new spots I was concerned about because melanoma cancer runs in our family. They were very thorough and I was out in a jif!

I will never switch dermatologists! Dr. Gagnon is the best, and so easy to talk to. He cleared my skin and I have been getting compliments that my skin is “glowing!!” More than that, the entire office is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Brianna even wanted to see my wedding photos from August, and it’s those little things that make all the difference!

This was my first time going to this practice and my experience was fantastic! The staff was great & Dr. Baltz was phenomenal! I was having a procedure for a melanoma and they explained everything they were doing and really helped to put my mind at ease. They were kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this practice and the entire staff, especially Dr. Baltz.

I was greeted immediately by a staff member who was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous in verifying my healthcare information & checked me in. My appointment was at 7:00am and I was greeted by Katie at 7:00am to take me back to the designated room to begin the MOHs surgical process. Katie explained the process in minute detail and was extremely helpful in preparing me for the surgery! Next Dr. Julia Baltz took care of business! I am extremely satisfied from start to finish with her skill and calming demeanor. Also pleased with Micah’s efforts in assisting the doctor and ensuring I was comfortable! I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at AP Dermatology!

I almost gave 4 stars, only because the first scheduled appointment for Mohs procedure was cancelled while I was un the chair! There was a tech breakdown. Nobody's fault, I assume.That said, another appointment was made. An earlier appointment of several weeks was offered, and I took it. That was great!The staff all made me feel comfortable and safe. All questions were thoroughly answered. The staff was so capable and very friendly. The doctor was also thorough, pleasant, accomodating and efficient. The doctor gave me all the info for recovery, and it appears that she did a great job. I say appears because the procedure was only a day and a half ago! The wound looks healthy. I look forward to looking in the mirror in a month or two and seeing minimal scarring because Dr. Barnes (I think that is her name) seems totally competent and cares about the outcome.I expected to be there for 3 or 4 hours, and was done in less than 2! Great job all around.

Just had my second visit. Dr Gagnon has been great and personable. The MA staff was very helpful, especially Jack. They also have a on call service that gets back to you in a very timely manner. Place is run efficiently. Glad I was referred there.

This was my first visit to this dermatology office. The office staff were courteous and attentive. It was the most thorough full body exam I have ever had going to a dermatologist. I left with some good ideas about how to keep myself safer from the sun. Dr. Gagnon and his medical support staff Jack were knowledgeable and listened to my issues. Dr. Findley was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient as were all the staff. I love this medical practice and travel 40 minutes to get here. As a woman, I appreciate the mostly female doctors and staff. I have had a couple of melanomas in the past and these doctors give me confidence that they are checking my skin thoroughly and are doing everything in their power to prevent future problems. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.

Great practice in keeping staff and patients safe. They send a preliminary form via link to fill out before the appointment (instead of filling out the form in the waiting room). They send a text to confirm appointment and a text to respond to when you get to their building. You wait in your car until phone call. Then when you are called, they take temp at the door and wave you thru to your examination room. All professional and thorough.

Dermatology professionals is the best for skin health. They are on time every time and send multiple reminders so you never forget an appointment. Their Covid protocols are top notch and I felt extremely safe and secure while in their offices. My first visit with Dr Gagnon was very thorough. He did not rush and took time to answer questions. Staff all pleasant which is a bonus. Many offices I have encountered are stressed and seem to show it with patients which is poor in my opinion when working with people who choose you to care for them. Made an annual follow up!

The office is Efficient... Never a wait! I've been taken early on most appointments. Handling the Covid guide lines effectively as well.When I felt that I needed a second treatment, I emailed the office and received a call back immediately with an appointment right away.I recommend Dermatology Professionals. They are a very helpful and knowledgeable team.
